EXCEPT FOR LOD ISSUES, EXCELLENT BUILD
This is a cute little BBQ joint. Nice details and a good compact size.
The only issue is the LOD is very low. If you go beyond 13 meters from the build the details start to go wonky. I tried raising the LOD level to 6 per the included notecard. No change.
I'm still giving it 4 stars because it still looks good....up close. The builder obviously put in a lot of time into this build. If you can live with the detail issues you will still be happy with this build, in my opinion.

It's a nice little barbeque shop and with a nice prim count, LOD isn't the best though and things disappear at distance
