Right click the ballon and chose "Fly", then type "/3 f" in chat to go into fly-mode. Your friends simply have to sit on the gondela. Have fun!
fly mode = /3 f (type in chat)
land mode = /3 g (type in chat)
fly up = page up
fly down = page down
