This table is only 1 Land Impact at LOD 1 and the mesh didn't break up as far as I could cam away at 256m Draw Distance https://i.gyazo.com/7d120b1434ae395c7b86e83e39611aa5.png
I had fun texturing and next will try animating this with nPose.

Way worth it!
Disregard earlier negative reviews because it has been updated so there are 4 models now. LOD 1&2 are 1LI, LOD3 is 3 LI and LOD4 is now 21LI. So LOD3 it is! It's fantastic. LOD4 has super amazing detail for photos, but I'm using LOD3 to sell.
Excellent LOD
The land impact is 19 but the tradeoff you get is the level of detail (LOD) is phenomenal. This will not fall apart no matter how far I zoom out. It's rare to find a good high quality mesh with this hi of an LOD.

It's free, but didn't look as good as we were needing so we purchased a different one. I really appreciate the effort and for someone needing something cheap - this would definitely be a good choice... especially since it's FREE!
Land Impact
This is a mesh object. The land impact is nineteen because all the edges are eased to mimic a real picnic table.
Looks nice but Land Impact of 19
I hate to write a bad review of a freebie, but a land impact of 19 is just way too high.
