Here I have a freebie one storey building with 4 open plan rooms for you to practice your building with, or if you so wish, add to and make it your house!
I know a lot of people enjoy building on here and this basic layout is a good starting block for people eager to develop their skills.
It is copy AND mod, so take a few copies before you tinker with it, but as it's free you can just buy another if you mess it up.
The outside is done in red brick, the floor is brown tile and two of the walls inside are white tile, with the rest being red brick also.
I have added a picture of how you could fill a room as an example, but the furniture pictured is NOT included, but are for sale in my store.
