Some flaws....
The textures deform on the bottom part and it's annoying because you can only use a plain texture on this part. And there is no UV map which is definitely a problem with this kind of AO map -> https://gyazo.com/aa02e1297a16a61c2d60e7d877cebdfb
So, if you want your textures to look perfectly seamless when you align several panels (you need a few adjustments to make it works...).
I contacted the creator for the UV map, no answer...
nice product
nice looking product, with some caveats
one, no sides or backs, so you can't have one piece on a wall without adding a side or back prim.
two, can't resize up beyond 3m wide, so you'll be using a lot of pieces
three, when linked, prim count goes up.
on the plus side, good ao map, and multiple logical faces.
