This DEMO version has textures on denoting it as a DEMO
I couldn't find a reception desk I liked in mesh, that was low LI. So I made one. It is only 1 LI (land Impact / prim count)
It does have a slate textured surface, steel supports and wooden base.
The non-DEMO item is copy / mod
The FULL version has copy AND MOD perms!!
