How to use:
1) Just add them to your avatar
2) You can make additional copies of the objects and attach them to any point you wish, just remember to move and turn them to the right angle using the edit tool afterwards
3) Attach the HUD to configure the effect

The top left button on the HUD minimizes and restores it, and the top right one restores default settings. Rest of the controls are labeled, slide and poke them around and see what happens!

Looks great, the particles are awesome and the price is just right. Sadly its no mod, the prims that keep moving around are kind of annoying. I wanted it to be fixed in a specific spot, overall pretty nice though.
