THE DEFAULT NOTECARD OF THIS AO IS SET ON ANIMATIONS OPTIMIZED ON AN AVATAR 1.70 METERS TALL. THIS AO ALLOWS YOU TO CHOOSE ANOTHER SET ACCORDING TO THE SL HEIGHT OF YOUR AVATAR.
To do so click the 'Load' button on your HUD and choose the size that better fits your avatar. To check your avatar's SL height, edit your Appearence and check in the Edit Shape tab your size in meters.

This AO auto switches off when you sit.

It recognizes sit animation inside the object automatically, and turns off your AO sit animation when you sit on it. If no sit animation is set inside, your AO animation will be played as usual. This function is built-in and cannot be turned off.
