Giving this away for the price of textures only so enjoy.
Scripts textures and mesh full perm change play have fun.
Each ring is scripted to rotate on it's own axis to give the illusion of the broken spell. Inner is linked mesh to outer mesh. You could also remove the scripts and use is as a static or rotate it properly. Options are endless.
