I dropped in the off-sim one, which literally just has a box attached... just pull the box out as far as you need (or can) and invis the box. I highly recommend also shrinking the box very small.

This product is usable as decor, right out of the box... it is also a builder item if you wish to make new textures and sell.... remember TOS.

This varies on size, big enough to sit one person ON the dirt between the rocks, with mast, is around 9 LI. A petites, or smaller avatar, with all the pieces would be 3 or 4LI - a good sized island - 30LI ish.
