Modern in 2020 means Mesh
Of course, Meli Stuff is cheap & mostly amazing. But this house..sorry ;(( The description says: Mesh, sculpted and normal prims used, thought the windows, frames etc could be useful...
but found only 3!! MESH in the hole building, the lamp, the roof arch and (unscripted) blinds Even the furniture are mostly made by prims OMG. One who needs fast an building or is unable to build..ok.. but if you think over to use for your own creations.. this would work if we will have 2010!

GREAT BUILD BUT..
the teleporters /elevator seem to launch avatars into the sky instead of takeing them floor to floor
