Here's a sculpted one prim corner shelf I made that never really found a home. Perhaps you can find a place for it.
The sculpt is stable and (as you can seen in the 2nd picture) holds textures quite nicely.
It was easy to make, cheap to upload ... and I pass the savings on to you.
