I noticed that there are very few Targets with Bullseye's in Second Life. Most are just a single target that can be destroyed but no bullseye.
That is why I developed this handy Target and made it FULL PERM !
Now you can see how it works and begin making your own projects using targets or just shoot this one for loads of fun!
Simply touch the Target to view the Menu to: Start, Stop, or Reset the Game.
Once Start Game is chosen, the round will start in 5 seconds and will last for 60 seconds (by default) before the game will end.
The game will end if the Target takes 20 hits (by default) even if the timer has not expired.
The Target will keep score during gameplay and chat the ring that was hit.
At the end of the round the Target will chat the amount of hits per ring and your total score and send it via Instant Message to the user in case they are not in chat range.

Bullseye: 1
Ring1: 3
Ring2: 9
Ring3: 7
For a Total of 63 Points

***It is almost impossible to get perfect accuracy on this item within second life. I tested this many different ways and this package is my best result. One thing I noticed was that the thickness of the target prim matters and it must be at least 0.5 thick but 1.0+ is better. By adjusting the thickness of the target, I get better results. Usually the target is fairly accurate but sometimes I can clearly hit a bullseye without scoring the points for it. I am unsure if the accuracy is effected by the amount of lag in the current simulator, an unperfected script, or that LL code just isn't good enough to handle accurate collisions. Your reviews are helpful in determining a problem and I appreciate your comments.

Within the Full Perm Script you can change the length of the game, the amount of hits to tally in the round, the message that is displayed when you hit each target ring, and more.
The script is fully notated with details about each script line to help you understand what is going on.
This is not a basic entry level script, but it is not very large.
You can use the Target as-is to play with or you can enhance the script as part of a larger project and sell your item.

GREAT Idea but...

The original package works really well and is alot of fun as a stand alone game. However, after working with this for several weeks, experimenting with multiple guns, and replicating the target/script as perfectly as possible I still am unable to build a consistently accurate target using this script.
