2- Create a Root Prim (Instructions can be given if you don't know how)
3- remove either copy or mod permissions before selling.

2: Do not give away the maps or textures from the maps
3: Do not use the maps without changing them first
4: Do not use on other grids/worlds
5: Must be either copy or transfer never both!
