Great value but room for improvement
There's no getting by the great value for money offered with this rental, there's nothing I've seen yet that matches it at this price level. Customer Services respond promptly to all inquiries and issues and are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
The skydome itself is better looking than many supposedly-landscaped parcels I have seen for sale at several times this price. However as a tenant for a year now I feel that more could be done besides the price and standard time bonus to keep tenants who have been renting for long periods of time on their books. A thankyou every so often would also help let longer-term tenants see that they are being remembered. Something I am yet to receive after passing my years milestone which has left me feeling somewhat undervalued but that said, still a happy customer given the value and quality of product and service!
Still a highly deserving 5 stars despite the need for some improvement.
