The platform disappears and the developer do not answer messages or notecards

I rezz the platform, install in my Sim and when there is a sim restart the platform simply disappear.
I tried several times contact the seller but no answer.
I will never buy again from this seller. Definitively I do not recommend this as well as any products from this store.
