The kit includes several sculpts, if you will wish to use its. In the photos you can see a house that can be built using elements from this set. The house itself is not included in the kit and is not for sale.
The creator allows you to use this set, as you wish, but PROHIBITS selling AS IS and with FULL PERM, give anyone as gift or freebie. But you can sell your buildings assembled from these elements, with a copy-mod or mod-trans permission.
