You get what you pay for, and I paid L$150 for something I could have made myself in Mesh studio. Using your own textures is a pain though, the way they are laid out, and the land impact is needlessly high if enlarged.

Could have been 5 stars but..
These seem to have a nice LOD and they texture well. My only complaint is there are no texture slots on the sides. One window looks like it has a handle and I wanted to script it to open but there is no faces to texture.
