Full-sim Treehouse (200x200x235) (Boxed) Version 1

I built this as a lark when my wife was looking at Meeroos. You could call it a HUGE! Meeroo stump; large enough to hold several Fellowships. Or it's a HUGE! bird, phoenix, dragon, or elf house

This build is too large to make into a single link set. And I'm not even going to attempt to get a rezer working at these distances. So you'll have to position the prims by hand; sorry. I've tried to make it very easy to place the prims by hand.

You can add or remove floors but might have to do some texture alignment if you want it to look its best when you add floors. As I built it, there are 8 floors plus a platform and hollow base, and it totaled out to about 110 prims.

The build is modifiable. But it's mostly made from megaprims, so you'll need to be VERY careful about resizing things.

It's also copiable in case you have several sims and want to make a low-prim grove of rental trees.

I've included the wood and bark textures I used to make this so you can add matching walls and such. Treat these like any other full-perm texture. You can use them in your own builds but don't give or sell the textures themselves, and don't claim they're yours.
