I love these stairs. The are simple, yet full featured and are perfect for open spaces as they have have an elegant style. For the price, at being full perm, they are a great choice. As with a lot of stair builds, and not just this one, you must be careful with resizing. The whole unit resizes evenly and perfectly with no glitches, however you must size your build to the stairs for every floor. You can stretch them a little in height, without affecting your avatar's climb. However you can't make them much smaller, as they are a compact set of stairs, and your avatar will not be able to climb. As I said, that is true for most pre-built stairs, so it is not a fault, just the nature of stairs. They resize width wise just fine, and you can fit them to accommodate larger widths easily. Overall, you can change the colour easily and they look very attractive, and have great LOD. Well worth the lindens if you want something that looks this good and functions well.
