I read the review by SassySweetC but do not have the same problem. I think it is really unreasonable to leave a bad review and not first let the creator come and look at the item and see what is wrong with it.
It could be her land settings, it could be her viewer or it's settings. There are so many things that might be wrong in her end.
To me the house and furniture rezzed perfectly. There is nothing wrong with the item itself.
