A wonderful beach house, you can also use it in the field or in any SIM.

It is a large house, but very cozy and well planned with a touch of soft colors throughout. It has living room with kitchen, breakfast area, automatic doors, dining room, lobby and on the second floor a beautiful area with two balconies being one to the front and one to the back, a very well looked after room with side view and windows and landscapes activated by the touch giving a better performance according to your taste and a beautiful view of the swimming pool. The third floor has the most sophisticated bathroom, complete with one Jacuzzi Tubs, shower, WC with Cap of Animation and Sound.

- Place the Rezz box on the ground (in the middle of the terrain)
- Click on the box
- Click the "Build" button
- If everything is OK, click the "Done" button
- Collect the Rezz Box or delete
NOTE: After completing Rezz if it is still curled (messy), move the Rezz box slightly and everything will be in place.

Note: You can still move simply by exiting the selected Rezz box and dragging where you want.

If the rezz program does not look good, repeat the above steps and if the problem persists do not hesitate to contact us if you are in "MI" otherwise send a "Note", I will respond as soon as I know.
