This cottage is all mesh and is copy and modifiable. While you *can* mod it, the cottage is made in sections so you will NOT be able to pull it apart to move walls around. You CAN change the size and re-texture all parts of it.
This version, the "ALL" version includes the following:

*Curtains. (2 - 4 LI)
The cottage with the doors, fireplace and chimney is 99LI. The fireplace and chimney are removable to lower the LI.
The LI for the cottage with everything as it rezzes out of the box is 155LI.
The foot print of the house WITH the walkway and garden is 13 x 30. The footprint for the cottage alone is 13 x 21.
The doors lock and the windows are tintable for "privacy" by using the light switch on the wall near the front door.

nice house but way too many scripts and issues with said scripts.
bought this house to use as a small rental on my sim, and while it looks great design wise, i cant go more than a day without it spamming me with messages in local chat telling me the settings on all the doors every time someone touches them, and seems like once per week every door in the house breaks and flips it's rotation, causing me to have to derezz and rerezz the house to fix it. great quality mesh, and i can tell the creator put a lot of work into it, just needs better scripting to be worthy of 5 stars.
