This cottage is all mesh and is copy and modifiable. While you *can* mod it, the cottage is made in sections so you will NOT be able to pull it apart to move walls around. You CAN change the size and re-texture all parts of it.
This version, the "PLAIN" version includes the following:
*Just the cottage with fireplace and chimney.
The cottage with the doors, fireplace and chimney is 99LI. The fireplace and chimney are removable to lower the LI.
The footprint for the cottage is 13 x 21.
The doors lock and the windows are tintable for "privacy" by using the light switch on the wall near the front door.
