I bought this product to use in my builds. It claims that you put a prim in the box and it will give you a sculpted prim rug that resembles a fully formed hide with you as creator. It gives you the textures but no maps and the auto rezzer only gives you a large gray torus, not a sculpted prim resembling the product it claims to sell. I sent a note card to this creator two days ago and did not get a response yet. As of this moment, I don't believe it even deserves one star, but you have to give it at least one in order to leave a rating.
IF I am given either a full refund for a product that does not work or given a product that works or the sculpt maps to create the sculpted pieces it claims you get in the end, I will send a new review stating the outcome of this situation, but as it stands right now, don't waste your money on this, it does not work and there is no customer service, at least not yet!"
I checked daily for a response and other reviews. Another person left a review.

So, as promised, a rewrite of my review.
***** It took almost a week, but the creator did get in touch with me after my second note card to her. She was very nice and sent me a fixed product. The new product works wonderfully and the rugs look amazing. I am now very happy with my purchase.
If you buy from this creator and something does not work, she is one who will respond and fix the issue once she knows there is a problem. I will buy from this creator again. I am pleased to now be able to give this 5 stars!

I had an issue with the original item, I contacted the creator and she fixed it the next day , very very happy with the item and the service I recieved will buy from again !!
