i sent this to a friend while i was doing on avi makeover. This does not work. She has lelutka head and no matter what client im on, this will not work. can i get a refund plz? and ty.
I hate and it doesn't work
I tried it and it didn't work then I bought the demo and it still didn't I have tried other products from this company and surprise they don't work I don't know why I still try with this company but I do and its my fault but you have to understand don't sell it if it doesn't work I don't always buy demos I am new to this company and I gave it a shot with trusting them so basically they are making us pay we don't always have time to buy demos half or us trust the companies I put my trust in the wrong place I bough a hairbase from this company

This is not working I have tried many attempts to get a redelivery in hopes maybe that's the problem but I eventually just purchased ANOTHER copy of this item and it still doesn't work I contacted the creator trying to get either her to redeliver the product orrrr just my money back but neither was answered.. the picture is super cute I would love to try the item..but unfortunately cant. Hopefully I get answered at some point about it
