The builder kits are sold to you with FULL PERMISSIONS.

you MUST NOT
1. Give away / resell ANY part of the kit as it is (i.e. not a product created by you) with any perms in any format i.e. builders kits/packs, freebie packs, passing it on to a mate etc)
2. Give away / resell your textured product with full perms. Please apply either no copy or no transfer (mod is fine) to your finished product.
I will (and have done) file a DMCA if I find my terms have been broken.

So simply make the product your own and sell it to your customers with either copy OR trans, not both.

If you are buying a kit as a gift you gift can do via marketplace or gift using my vendors in my store. It is not acceptable to buy it yourself and pass it over as a gift.
