The Day-Date function does not simple the network time stamp only, the Fifth Element includes an eternal calendar.
This means that the last day and date in february is shown on rotating nanoprims, if you set the time back at 1st of march - or in the opposite direction at the last day in february (29 feb - or 01 march).
The whole watch is designed to be lagfree, you´ll not able to feel it.
