All of our pieces are inspired by paintings, illustrations and fashion plates of the period portrayed.

This particular piece is a green striped silk open robe à l'anglaise with a flower patterned underskirt. It includes a silk fichu in two parts.
This green striped Open Robe is inspired by various paintings and fashion plates portraying the fashion of 1780 to 1790, in particular Rose Adelaide Ducreaux's self portrait of 1790.

Instructions to wear:
Both prim skirts are meant to be worn attached to the pelvis which is now possible in the Viewer2, if you are using an older version of the viewer you can use the extra version of the top skirt included (worn on the spine), but please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any difficulties.

Wearing the fichu: the fichu comes in two parts so you can adjust them independently, you may need to adjust the upper part but maybe not the waist... You can wear both parts and the pin rose at the same time using multiple atachments by clicking on ADD rather than WEAR in Viewer2 and Phoenix. Plese do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems.
