An old, grimy abandoned factory brought back to life by G.ENZO! Now retrofitted with fully interactive doors, see-through windows with shutters, working lights and even a furnace that smelts fresh steel gears!
The G.ENZO Grunge Factory has been painstakingly rebuilt using the finest textures available. Care has been taken to minimise prim count by using LOD resistant sculpties for maintaining a high level of detail at maximum distance.
The restored structure comes to life with the use of customised scripts that allow you to start up or shut down everything at the flick of a switch. You may also shout "factoryopen" or "factoryclose" to operate your factory anywhere on the same sim. All lights have also been fixed and can be clicked on or off at will.
To suit your land availability, several configurations of the factory layout have been prepared in easy-to-use rezzers.

Pleae Note: All prims are full copy and modify, but scripts are full copy only.
As a bonus, your factory comes with two crates which dispense matching freebies such as working vehicles, urban decorations or grunge furniture. They dispense the freebies to your friends and visitors as well!
