It's nice, howlever,
Like, whilst it's at a max size of 64m, the edges cut into your parcel or house. You don't have the full size to build within.
Fur example, my house was in 2048 with two 1024s of land.
This place was wide enough for it, but because my house took up the entire length, the edges stuck into my place.
Think of it as a cookie sheet with really thick edges.
