This is a cheap, simple structure, and the first true mesh building I've ever made.
This is a building, a cheap "economy" style studio with a living/kitchen/dining room area, and a single smaller room intended to be a bathroom. It comes with functioning doors, windows, lights, and light switches.
The Economy Studio comes in four variants; one and two story variants, as well as simple and... not simple. The simple version has less land impact due to having only a single script. The non simple version has more land impact, but also has sound effects, as well as a neat flickering effect when the lights are turned on.

2-Story: 21 Land Impact
1-Story: 11 Land Impact
2-Story Simple: 16 Land Impact
1-Story Simple: 8 Land Impact

2-Story: 8 x 12 x 9.3 (11.4 x 12 x 4.9 including the stairs)

This is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for! Low land impact, a nice and simple two story apartment building! Thank you SO much for including a little space for a bathroom, not having that space in an apartment building is one of my biggest pet peeves. The only minor complaint I have about this building would be that the light switches are comically large, but I was able to shrink them down without issue so it isn't really a problem. I hope you make more buildings in the future, because this is really well done and well worth the money!
