This is a perfect store for the LI concious business owner. With a land impact of just 13 it will fit right in.
It's tastefully decorated in monochrome tones with a space above the archway entrance to put your store name.
If the monochrome is not to your taste, then feel free to change it around......as it's copy/modify, you can re-texture it to suit you.
