ripped off
I got these, opened the box, copied to inventory. Clicked to add the boots. and there was not even an option on the side menu to add/wear, so basically got the boots and not able to wear them!
Nice boots
They don't really work on my skinny legs but for L$1 you'll get no complaints from me.
Empty folder
All i recieved was an empty folder thanks for that
Cute, but...
Even with the resize scripts deleted using the menu option, there are still around 150 scripts left taking up a lot of memory. With no way to remove the retexture scripts and the boots being no copy/no mod/no trans (despite the way they are marked), you can't even make a clean, unscripted pair to wear and leave one copy unmodded. They're not bad looking, but unfortunately, there is no way I can wear them in RP. Would definitely pay for a truly copy/mod pair that I can tint a little redder to match my outfits if I need to and modify as I like and de-script completely.
High script count & memory usage
These look fairly good and was able to use the resizer scripts which allow a variety of adjustments ... however, the mentioned texture changing did not seem available and more importantly there is no way to remove the scripts once you are done. My script count went from 8 not wearing the boots to 262! adding over 4 MB of memory usage. When you experience SL lag look to what you are wearing, items like these help cause the lag.
Great Boots, Great Price
I had no issues with these boots. True, there is no alpha layer, but alpha layers are easy to find, and I had one in my inventory that worked just fine. For the price, can't beat them!
