These are bumper items.
When they collide with a nearby avatar, they emit particles and objects will appear.
Both bags are worn on the left hand, and touching them will play a pose of just the left arm.
If Rez is allowed, objects will pop out, and even in places where Rez is not possible, particles will be generated if scripts are allowed.
