New for 2025 is this UNFURNISHED beachside cottage of only 36 prims consisting of one large room, spacious verandah and built specially to be placed on a slope. It is easily editable being built of prims, except the stairs which are a sculpty to keep the count low. The (non-opening) windows are etched glass and everything is done with attention to the character of this cabin. Rezzing is simple and done by rez-faux and instructions are included for convenience. None of the furnishings in the pictures is included.
NOTE: The stairs are separate and must NOT be linked to the cottage. The sign is separate and may be either edited or deleted.
