ღ By purchasing this product, the account you bought this with is granted a license to use textures according to the TOS. That does not mean I am transferring my author`s rights, textures remain my intellectual property.
ღ You are not permitted to sell any part of this product as is (with full permissions enabled) even with your modifications.
ღ You are not permitted to give any part of this product to your friends, alts etc. Please make a purchase with the correct account (the one you wish to use the texture pack with)
ღ Textures are for Second Life use only. .
ღ You can not use these textures for freebies or dollarbies, group gifts are ok as long as they are NOT listed on Marketplace and are available through your in-world store to your group members only and there is a full product available for purchase for a full price! This rule exists to protect you and prevent certain situations from happening (i.e. buying this for an event while someone else offers it as a freebie)
ღ Advertisement images for the products may not be used or altered for your own ads.
ღ To resume; by purchasing this texture pack the account you purchased it on is given a license to use the textures with the mesh they are made for (obtained from the original/legal source) and SELL in your store as a final product with copy OR transfer permissions enabled.
ღ Products made using these textures are not to be sold under Items with hud color should not be sold for less than 99 L$
ღ Please buy your meshes from original content creators, don`t support copybotters! Here are a few useful tips on how to tell if the store is genuine:
-compare store owner`s name with store name appearing on vendor images
-if you see a number of different names on vendors, it is probably a copybotter/thief (i.e. one item is creative studio, another is underground etc, you get the idea)
-even tho pricing has went down lately, it can still be a valid indicator
-check store owner`s in-world profile, if there are any links to their social media, store, store policy etc, genuine stores usually have at least their policy or something listed
-do they have their TOS or any kind of description for their listings on MP
