- Please make sure, before contacting us about our Mesh product, you have read all the instructions and manuals included with the product as this will be the first question we ask.
- Some of our products have (resizing/re-texturing/recoloring) scripts in them, Only the owner can use these scripts on land where you are allowed to use scripts. If you are on land that disallows scripts to run, these scripts MAY not work correctly or not work at all. Please verify this before contacting us.
- Some of our products have the option after (re)texturing, recoloring and/or resizing to delete the scripts to reduce lag. If you choose to do so, please be aware that you have made a backup. Once the script is removed, it is final, there is no undo. The only way to obtain a working copy again is if the product is copyable. You may obtain a new version at our re-delivery terminal in one of our stores. If the product is no-copy but transferable, then we may see if we can replace the defective product. If the product is not copyable and not transferable, then there is nothing we can do, so PLEASE be careful.
- This accessoiry may not fit some furry, animal or special avatars. PLEASE try the DEMO before you buy. No refunds will be given if it doesn't "fit".
