Instead of having your farm hands looking for what needs to be done, put the tasks up on the board, everyone can see quickly when the last time each task was done, and by who.
Once a task get 6 hours old the task turns yellow, when it's more than 12 hours old it's red.
Instructions-
rez the board
Owner clicks on a dot, and selects NewJob from menu, fill in the job title in the blue box.
Group members click on the dots to show they have done the task, this resets the timer.

Remote buttons. You can rez the remote buttons, put in the sync code for the button you want it to mirror, and put the remote out where the chore is done. Works across a whole Region.
