Investigations have been done in the ancient ruins, to find the secret of the perfect famous Palm Wine of the Schendis. Combining cocoa, coconut and grapes gives these wines a special taste. Our butcher only kills the bosk if it had have a long happy life, with the finest herbs and grasses and grains, so that the meat is so fine in taste!
