The pair is non-rigged MESH boots, slightly worn out looking. The package contains the pair of boots themselves at Copy Only permission with resizer, plus Full permission shoe-base as well as also Full perm alpha. If you delete the resizer, the pair becomes Modifiable, as FYI.
