I have worked extensively for this item. White it was simply a single texture item before, now it comes as by-part, multi-textured. Also scaling/stretching have become much easier controlled by the power of Script.

Previously there was an issue of the script, that when two persons wearing the same item, standing close by, the effect of the script was directed to the other persons item rather than his. This issue has been solved now, as of April 12th Sunday, 2015.
