GullsWing Sailing Club has developed its newest sim in keeping with a Maine fishing village. This is a wonderful place to live.
This extra large boat house consists of a downstairs living space with pot belly stove, and direct access to a covered boat slip. Upstairs in a large studio with a wall of windows with plenty of northern light and a covered balcony overlooking the open sea. This 170 prim build had 107 unused prims for residents furnishing, fishing poles, easels, paints and brushes, and boats.
This is a rental on a developed sailing sim that forms part of GullsWing Sailing Club. We have a range of membership options and the partners are always happy to give a tour. Please contact
