The Garage House was designed to be an updated garage style house, renovated with hardwood floors throughout the structure to replace what would have been the cement parking area.
A pool has been installed on the roof for adequate sun exposure and is equipped with a TP point to get you from the ground level to the roof and back again.
As you can see from the pictures, there have been large windows placed so that the natural light would be able to come through but just in case you wanted the privacy, there are also blinds.
The pool lights and blinds are "touch/click" controlled for easy toggle.
