Great and very convenient
It doesn't say, but it can be sized down. I'm currently using an 18*12m and the door functions very well, delivering passage to my giant 2,20m.

I'm old second life. Back when you didn't call something low prim if it was 156 prims! Young people.
I needed a low prim, (actually low prim) so I could set up a man cave, game room, cool place for my partner so he could escape our "decorated" house.
There are not one, but two versions in the package. And even the larger one is actually low prim. The building is great, Just perfect. Well built, inexpensive, looks great and old SL. Gotta love it.

I collect buildings. I'm using this one instead of warehouses that I paid much more for. Textures and layout are very good. For 40L you can't go wrong!
