This beautiful small mediterranean (italian, french, greece) garden house (restaurant) with a nice pergola was made as a add-on for "the harbor"), but you can also use it as a stand alone building. It's also very nice for medieval and fantasy roleplay sims.
As always I tried to keep the landimpact low. It only has 25 Prim LI and if you dont need the climbing roses you can reduce the land impact.

Nice Garden House!
Nice garden house to place in a back yard or around your garden. Very high quality and very spacious if you're looking to add plants or a dining table or even a back yard hot tub! Have enjoyed this purchase. Definitely would recommend to add a finishing touch to any property.
Amazing little restaurant
As it seems, this takes up about half of a 512sqm lot, leaving plenty of room for decorations. The only shortcoming is that I wish it had other texture options. It seems to blend poorly with the surrounding area on low settings. - this is entirely a "me" thing, if you aren't in a grey/brown area surrounded by neighbors with grey/brown buildings then you'll be fine. :D That said, I still wish there were a few different textures, either as a menu option or a paid upgrade or something.
