Simply equip the gun and click it to make it active, and then click it again to make it safe. To shoot, just press/hold the left mouse button. Best to shoot while in mouse look as this will give better aiming. Will only shoot while in active mode.

My favorite purchase to date! It does take quite a few nails to murder someone, but an overall fantastic purchase.
