An old gas station / repair garage that's seen better days. After years of abuse, it's quite run down, but the doors still work and the old sign still spins, casting an eerie glow at night...
It's a perfect addition for any urban, or grunge area and great for role play. The old roof provides a great vantage point for shooting zombies too!
You get everything you see.. the gas station, the sign, posters, tires, work bench, box, pallet and pumps. Everything but the rotating sign is all linked too, so it's easy to set up.
The Gas Station has a 18 x 16 footprint.

I love the vintage look and the detail...... and its very low prim !!!!!! The turning sign is a nice touch too. Great look for the price....I was shocked it was so low in price for the detail. A great addition to any vintage or urban looking sim !!!!!!
