MARLSTONE Gate Fence is a surprisingly low prim (mainly) mesh build, inspired by French manor estates and public Park entrances.

Bring visitors to your land through the elegant Marlstone gate piers, and raise your property status to a high level of sophistication. Surround your Estate with walls, ironwork fences and rustic stone pillars.

• copy/mod permissions (you can change size, add color)
• lockable gate
• iron parts are sculpts to keep the land impact (LI) to 1
• all stone parts are mesh (1 LI)

• big entrance pillar
• 2 versions side walls (light and dark top stone)
• lockable doors
• small pillar
• long & short wall (each with 3D wrought iron fence)
• 1 preassembled entrance with doors, long walls etc. in rez box (total LI 15)

Mesh explanation:
• all separate parts have 1 Land Impact (LI) but linked parts may have more LI due to mesh. For instance "MS_SHORT_wall_with_fence" consists of 2 prims but linked it has a LI of 3.
• At the current size (see picture with avatar) all separate parts have 1 LI but enlarged the LI might increase.

Warning:
The Copy/Mod options allow you to rezz multiple versions and alter them without the risk of ruining the original. Because of the Copy/Mod options I cannot refund.
