I would like to talk to someone about a double purchase. I tried to make one and it didn't work. It was not loading so I closed the page and opened a new one and made my purchase. About 5 min after, I heard the purchase sound was made and my initial one went through as well. How can I go about a return or an exchange with the remaining sum refunded ?
