Gears is made from sculpted prims with sit animations in lounge and chair.

Total Land Impact 39, individual LI as as follows:

Frame = LI 8
Lounge = LI 16
Chair = LI 15

Gears is copy and modify permissions so you can edit it as you like to match your home decor. The lounge and chair will show in your inventory as no modify but that is only because the scripts and animations are no modify. This will not affect your ability to edit the prims.
